Mary has worked directly with underserved communities and delivered various projects that created access to housing, education, and healthcare for remote or displaced populations. Her efforts focus on tangible solutions that improve the quality of life.
Her approach to innovation has earned her recognition, including the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at Diverse In’s Women in Tech Awards. She holds both a BA and MA in Human Resources Management.

Meet Mohamed Ahmed, an accomplished professional with a diverse background and a keen eye for real estate opportunities. Before co-founding Hapi Homes, he established EHC equities. He worked with Oxford Properties, a company immersed in the real estate sector, working with DHS and local shelters in New York, placing families, individuals, and veterans in accommodation from his vast network of landlords. Mohamed is also dedicated in a personal capacity to working with a network of individuals and organizations who come together to donate food, clothes, and personal items for those in need.
With a wealth of experience spanning almost two decades in the telecom industry.. Notably, he directed sales and distribution for STI Prepaid, one of the largest calling card companies in the US, from its humble beginnings as a start-up in 2001 to achieving over $1 billion in sales by 2007. Consequently, the company was acquired by Leucadia National in 2007.
Mohamed focuses on equitable, sustainable, and enduring partnerships that come with scaling Hapi Homes.

Daniella Ghattas is a Senior Interior Architect with a Degree in Interior Design from the American University of Science and Technology, Lebanon, and a teaching diploma in arts. She brings over five years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across the USA, Lebanon, Kuwait, Australia, and Dubai — often in fully remote, cross-border settings.
Her expertise spans conceptual design, 2D space planning, material selection, and full fit-out coordination. Daniella is highly skilled in 3D visualization and animation, using tools like 3DS Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine to bring spaces to life with cinematic realism.
Known for her creative eye and attention to detail, Daniella has a strong track record of translating complex design briefs into immersive, visually compelling environments. Her ability to balance creative vision with technical execution ensures that every project meets and exceeds client expectations.

Charles’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Seattle University. Eager to broaden his horizons, he later enrolled at Seattle Pacific University and earned another bachelor’s degree, this time in computer science, where he embraced the burgeoning world of technology and its potential applications in various industries. During his tenure, Martin led all facets of retail operations, licensing, and franchising strategy for Radioshack Corporation, including a network of more than 1700 corporate stores and 1,200 dealer franchise stores in more than 30 countries.
In addition, Martin led the b2b division at Radioshack. Martin was named board Chairman for Radioshack’s joint venture with cyber smart/Foxconn. In addition, Martin was president of Radioshack Mexico, which is comprised of over 250 retail locations. With his curiosity and fascination with the city skyline, he questioned how these tall buildings were able to defy gravity. Edward later graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
Edward gained almost 20 years of technical experience in heavy civil construction in locations such as Florida, Texas, and New York City. Edward’s experience includes a Geotechnical Engineer, Foundation Superintendent, and Project Manager position. All three positions were held at a top engineering firm and foundation contractor in NYC.
Edward’s experience includes inspecting, designing, constructing, and managing multimillion-dollar residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure foundation projects.
Edward provides services to Hapi Homes clients to ensure permitting runs smoothly.
