Genesis

Hapi Homes emerged from a joint venture with Mall Management BG EAD (“Mall Management”), drawing upon their extensive expertise and proven track record in commercial and residential real estate. With Mall Management’s substantial investment in real estate projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, Hapi Homes is equipped to revolutionize conventional construction methods, address industry challenges head-on and leverage their expansive global infrastructure to propel these innovations forward.

Hapi homes was established as a joint venture with Mall management bgead (“mall management”) to leverage their extensive expertise and track record in real estate. Mall management has deployed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate projects, infusing hapi homes with the capability to revolutionize traditional construction processes, tackling challenges related to cost, complexity, and variability through advanced technology and vertical integration.

Mall management have specialized in four distinct lines of business for more than two decades: construction/ development, property management, facilities management, and project management.

Chief Executive Officer

Meet Mohamed Ahmed, an accomplished professional with a diverse background and a keen eye for real estate opportunities. Before founding Hapi Homes, he established EHC equities. He worked with Oxford Properties, a company immersed in the real estate sector, working with DHS and local shelters in New York, placing families, individuals, and vets in accommodation from his vast network of landlords. Mohamed is also dedicated in a personal capacity to working with a network of individuals and organizations who come together to donate food, clothes, and personal items for those in need.

With a wealth of experience spanning almost two decades in the telecom industry, Mohamed Ahmed has proven his strategic insight. Notably, he directed sales and distribution for STI Prepaid, one of the largest calling card companies in the US, from its humble beginnings as a start-up in 2001 to achieving over $1 billion in sales by 2007. Consequently, the company was acquired by Leucadia National in 2007 for $120 million.

Mohamed focuses on equitable, sustainable, and enduring partnerships that come with scaling Hapi Homes.

Nadim Matta

Chief Innovation Officer

Meet Nadim, who steers innovation at Hapi Homes; he is an award-winning architect with an impressive 12-year track record in shaping environments that inspire, captivate, and transform.

Over the years, Nadim has spearheaded various projects encompassing commercial, office, and residential spaces. Each project presents a unique canvas, and his passion lies in weaving together design, functionality, and aesthetic elements to create environments that resonate with my clients’ aspirations.

Nadim’s approach to architecture is grounded in innovation. He thrives on exploring unconventional ideas and novel design concepts, infusing each project with a fresh perspective. By blending cutting-edge techniques with timeless design principles.

Sarswati Pawar

Lead Structural Engineer

Meet Sarswati, an integral part of our dynamic team at Hapi Homes. With a four-year background in light gauge steel framing (LGS) structural design, Sarswati is a repository of knowledge that significantly enriches Hapi Homes projects.

Having played a pivotal role in various international projects across the USA, Australia, and India, Sarswati excels in adapting to diverse design standards and code provisions. She brings a comprehensive skill set to the table and is proficient in Framecad structure, Framecad detailer, Staad pro, cold-formed steel analysis, and lateral analysis and design. Sarswati’s portfolio extends beyond design excellence. From residential and commercial buildings to industrial structures, she consistently showcases an unwavering commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and robust analytical skills. Her passion for structural engineering is evident in every project she undertakes.

In addition to her core strengths, Sarswati is adept at site execution, ensuring seamless coordination with the factory to produce LGS frames and trusses. This dual proficiency enhances her versatility and ensures the successful execution of projects from conceptualization to on-site realization.

Amine Matta

Meet Amine, a creative professional architect with 18 years of proven record of designing and executing turn-key commercial and residential spaces. He provides innovative architectural solutions for customers to have a state-of-the-art experience. He has expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously and employing competent methods to bring jobs to final completion in a time-efficient manner. He has developed a design philosophy that effectively contributes to the project’s inception and development.

She has worked in Lebanon and Dubai, collaborating with clients, contractors, and industry professionals to create inspiring and delightful spaces. Her approach to design is driven by a dedication to innovation and functionality, ensuring that each project enhances the lives of its inhabitants.

Meet Matt, Hapi Homes’s Fractional Chief Technology Officer. Matt has garnered acclaim in financial technology for his innovative prowess, earning recognition from The Financial News in 2013. With 20+ years of experience spanning traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi), Dangerfield excelled as CTO, driving technological vision and fostering partnerships with Tier one clients. Notable achievements include pioneering ultra-low latency solutions, such as the world’s first nanosecond trading engine and ground-breaking FPGA-based technology. His expertise extends to designing front-office outsourced trading platforms, notably for a leading financial institution.

Charles Jackson

VP North West Region

Meet Charles, a multifaceted entrepreneur and visionary known for his pioneering contributions to land development and sustainable business practices. Born in Seattle, Washington, he embarked on an educational journey that laid the foundation for his diverse career.

Charles’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Seattle University. Eager to broaden his horizons, he later enrolled at Seattle Pacific University and earned another bachelor’s degree, this time in computer science, where he embraced the burgeoning world of technology and its potential applications in various industries. With a solid academic background and a passion for entrepreneurship,

Charles delved into the business world in the mid-1970s, founding his landscaping business. For over a decade, from 1974 to 1990, He cultivated a keen understanding of environmental sustainability and resource management. In 1991, Charles diversified his portfolio and ventured into the vending business. Recognizing the growing demand for convenient access to snacks and beverages, he successfully managed and expanded his vending enterprise until 1995. Charles’s calling emerged in 1995 when he shifted his focus to land development. Armed with his expertise in accounting and computer science and a deep concern for environmental conservation, he embarked on a journey to transform the landscape of King County. His projects exemplified a harmonious integration of economic development and ecological preservation, earning him widespread recognition as a pioneer in sustainable land development practices.

Martin Amschler

Growth Advisor

Meet Martin Amschler. who has over 40 years of experience in retail, franchising, and licensing. In 2017, Martin joined The Spice & Tea Exchange as EVP of operations and development, where he remains an advisor today.

From 2009 to 2016, Martin served as EVP’s Chief Revenue Officer at Radioshack Corporation. During his tenure, Martin led all facets of retail operations, licensing, and franchising strategy for Radioshack Corporation, including a network of more than 1700 corporate stores and 1,200 dealer franchise stores in more than 30 countries.

In addition, Martin led the b2b division at Radioshack. Martin was named board Chairman for Radioshack’s joint venture with cyber smart/Foxconn. In addition, Martin was president of Radioshack Mexico, which is comprised of over 250 retail locations. Before joining Radioshack, Martin was chief development Officer for New York-based Nexcen brands, a worldwide network of franchise brands, including The Athlete’s Foot, where Martin was a partner prior to selling The Athlete’s Foot to Nexcen brands.

Edward Watson

Senior Engineering Advisor

Meet Edward, a native of NYC, Edward grew up admiring tall buildings and cable-suspended bridges during his youth. With his curiosity and fascination with the city skyline, he questioned how these tall buildings were able to defy gravity. Edward later graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.

Edward gained almost 20 years of technical experience in heavy civil construction in locations such as Florida, Texas, and New York City. Edward’s experience includes a Geotechnical Engineer, Foundation Superintendent, and Project Manager position. All three positions were held at a top engineering firm and foundation contractor in NYC.

Edward’s experience includes inspecting, designing, constructing, and managing multimillion-dollar residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure foundation projects.

Edward provides services to Hapi Homes clients to ensure permitting runs smoothly.
